Renz Estate

Renz Estate has been around this part of New Panvel East for a while now. Our office is over at Sai Sitara, specifically in Plot No. D-20/21 in Sector-6. If you know the area, you know it is mostly families and people commuting to work. We spend our days mostly sitting at the desks, taking calls, and sometimes walking down to see properties when the weather is not too hot. It is a bit dusty around here lately with all the construction going on in Panvel, but that is just how it is. We do not have a big fancy team with suits. It is just a few of us who know these streets pretty well. Most people stop by because they saw our sign or someone told them we have been here for years. We handle the usual stuff like rentals and helping people sell their old flats so they can move somewhere bigger. Sometimes the paperwork takes forever because of the bank stuff, but we just keep at it. It is not the most exciting job in the world, but it keeps us busy. We like that Sector-6 is relatively quiet compared to the main highway. Usually, if someone is looking for a place in Sai Sitara or nearby, they just walk in and ask what is available. We keep a notebook with all the listings and try to keep it updated as things go.
