Hallmark Reality

You can find Hallmark Reality at Office No. 3/19 in Sahyog Nagar. We are right near Patel Hospital, so there is always a lot of activity on the street with people coming and going. The office is a small space, but it’s where we do everything. Most mornings start with checking messages and seeing who is looking for a place near the hospital or further into the colony. We aren't some big firm with dozens of branches; it’s just this one spot where we’ve been for a good while. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the chairs are a bit worn out from all the visitors, but it feels like home to us. We talk to a lot of families who are looking to move closer to work or the hospital. There is no sales talk here, just honest conversations about what is available and what the prices are looking like this month. Sometimes we have to step out to show a house, so we just lock the door and put a little sign up. It’s a very hands-on way to work. We deal with all the local paperwork and the small details that usually give people headaches. We are just local people helping other local people find their way around the Sahyog Nagar market without any big promises or complicated corporate talk.
