Pannaa Shaah

My place is over in Malad West, at C/206. It’s part of the Khokhara Mehmadabad area, which is a bit tucked away from the main noise. I am Pannaa Shaah and I’ve been here for quite some time now. The building is older, but it’s sturdy and has a lot of character. I use this space for my daily work. It’s not a corporate showroom or anything like that. It’s just a room with a desk, a couple of filing cabinets, and a computer that sometimes runs a bit slow. I spend most of my mornings answering messages and sorting through files. Sometimes the neighbors pop in for a quick chat, which is nice. Malad is always busy, but this little corner stays relatively quiet compared to the train station area. I don't have a big staff. It's mostly just me handling the day-to-day stuff. I think people appreciate that they can just talk to me directly without going through a bunch of secretaries. The stairs up to the office can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens once in a while. I’ve thought about moving to a newer building, but I like it here. It feels like home after all these years. We just keep things moving along at our own pace. No rush, no stress, just keeping the records straight and helping out when we can.
