Pankaj Ravikant Patel

I work out of number 18 in Nehru Nagar, Borivali. My place is very close to Pragati School, so I hear the school bells and the kids playing during the day. This is a local business under my own name, Pankaj Ravikant Patel. I have been in this part of Borivali for many years. It is a residential neighborhood, so everyone knows each other. I do not have a big office with a lot of staff. It is mostly just me handling the daily tasks and meeting with people who live nearby. My work involves a lot of personal interaction and taking care of various local needs. The office is really just a room with my desk and a couple of chairs for visitors. I like being near the school because it keeps the area feeling lively. It is a simple life and I do not feel the need to move to a big commercial building. People find me by word of mouth or they just know my name from being in the area so long. I drink a lot of tea and spend a good amount of time on the porch talking to neighbors. It is a practical way to run things and it keeps my overhead low. I just do what needs to be done every day, keeping track of everything in my ledger.
