Pankaj Dairy And Farm Products Private Limited is run from Mahadev Towers, specifically Flat B-901. We are right near Gayatri Darshan in Kandivali East. Mumbai is always moving fast and we are just trying to keep up. It is a bit unusual running things from an apartment building, but it works for our paperwork and coordination. Most of the real action happens out at the actual farm sites, but this is our base in the city. We deal with all sorts of dairy items and farm goods. It is a lot of phone calls and checking on shipments to make sure things arrive on time in the 400101 area. Traffic in Mumbai is a real pain sometimes, and it makes the logistics a bit of a nightmare. We just do our best to manage it. We are not a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It is a smaller operation where we know everyone’s name. We have been doing this for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything. We just get the products from the farm to where they need to go. It is a lot of coordination and making sure the quality is what it should be. That is a full-time job on its own.
