Neo Global Hatcheries

We are tucked away in Andheri West, specifically at Office No G 14 in the Om Heera Panna building. It’s a busy part of Mumbai. Working at Neo Global Hatcheries means we are always dealing with the poultry business. It’s a lot of logistics and talking to farmers. The office isn't very large. We have just enough room for our desks and a small area for files. Because it’s in Om Heera Panna, there are always people moving around the corridors. It gets noisy in the afternoons. We have a small fan that wobbles a bit, but it keeps the air moving. We aren't some big corporate entity with a huge PR team. We are just people who know a lot about hatcheries. We spend our days checking on orders and making sure the supplies are moving out on time. Sometimes we stay late because there’s a lot of coordination to do. We usually grab snacks from the shops downstairs. It’s a practical place. We don’t have fancy art on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a map. People come in and out all day. It’s a bit chaotic at times, but we have a system that works for us. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and everyone in the building knows us. It’s just where we do our business and keep things moving every day.
