We are located in Worli, at Poonam Chamber on Dr Annie Besant Road. Our office is 602A, which is on the 6th floor of the A wing. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, right in the middle of all the traffic and big buildings. Poonam Chamber has been around for quite a while, and it’s a solid place to be based. We handle estate matters from this office. It’s not a very big space, but it’s enough for what we do. We have our desks set up and we spend a lot of time on our computers or talking on the phone. The area outside is always crowded, especially during office hours. We don't have any flashy brochures or a big reception area. Most people who come here are just looking to get some property work sorted out. We just focus on the details of the listings and the paperwork that goes with them. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or anything like that. We are just a small team working in a well-known building. Each day is a bit different depending on what clients need. We just try to stay organized and keep up with the pace of the city. It’s a practical business run by regular people who know the Worli area and the buildings around here.
