Pali Estate Consultant

Our office is in Madina Manzil Plaza, specifically at A-5 on the Dahisar East Maratha Colony Road. It’s a busy building with a lot of different shops and offices. We’ve been here at Pali Estate Consultant for quite some time. The plaza can be a bit crowded, and finding parking is always a bit of a headache for everyone. Our office is small, but it’s right there on the ground floor, so people don't have to wander around looking for us. We have a small desk, a landline phone that rings more than it should, and a few plastic chairs for visitors. The Maratha Colony area has changed quite a bit over the years, with new buildings going up everywhere you look. We try to keep track of it all, but it’s a lot of work. Usually, our day involves talking to landlords or people looking for a place to stay in Dahisar. We aren't fancy consultants with degrees in marketing. We just know the streets and the buildings around here because we are here every day. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the front door during the monsoon, so we have to put a bucket there. It’s just a normal office run by normal people. We don't promise anything crazy. We just help out with whatever property stuff comes our way and try to be helpful to the folks in the neighborhood. It’s a simple way to earn a living.
