Our office sits at 1603 on Dr Rajendra Prasad Road. It is just a straightforward real estate setup where we deal with buying and selling properties. The road outside is usually quite busy, so there is a lot of coming and going throughout the day. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for clients, and the walls are mostly covered with maps or listings of available places. Most of our time isn't actually spent in the office; we are usually out meeting people at different buildings or showing someone a shop they might want to rent. It is a lot of driving around and waiting for people who might be running late. We handle the basic stuff—leases, sales agreements, and finding the right match for what someone can afford. There isn't any fancy marketing here. We just tell you what the place looks like and what the price is. Sometimes the deals go through quickly, and other times they drag on for months because of some tiny detail in the paperwork. That is just the way the property business goes. We have seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, with new buildings going up where old ones used to be. We just stay here on Dr Rajendra Prasad Road and keep doing what we do, helping people find a place to settle without making it too complicated.
