Pa Pa Ya Modern Asian Bistro

We are up on Level 3 of the Palladium Mall in Lower Parel. It’s inside the High Street Phoenix area, which is a very busy part of Mumbai. Being in a big mall like this means there are always people walking past. Our place is set up to handle the mall crowd. We do Asian food, and the kitchen stays pretty active throughout the day. It’s a modern space, but we try not to make it feel too stiff. The seating is comfortable for a break after shopping. We have a lot of staff because the place is large and the mall gets crowded, especially on holidays. We just focus on getting the plates out and making sure people have what they need. Lower Parel is a fast-moving neighborhood, and we are right in the middle of it. We don't do a lot of talking about ourselves; we just show up and run the shifts. The menu has a lot of options, and we spend a lot of time prep-working in the back. It’s a practical operation despite the fancy mall location. We see everyone from office workers to families. It’s just a regular part of the mall experience for many. We keep the music at a decent level and try to keep things organized. That’s about all there is to it. The lights in the mall hallway are always bright, so we try to keep our interior a little warmer. We check the stock levels every morning before the mall doors open.
