Oswal Investment

Oswal Investment is located up on the second floor of the Nandadevi Building in Ghatkopar East. We are quite close to Somaiya College so there are always students walking past the building which makes the whole area feel very lively and young. Our office is a quiet place where we sit and look at numbers for most of the day. It is mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of folders full of papers that we need to keep track of. People come in to ask about where to put their money and we try to give them straight answers without any of that fancy talk you hear on the news. We have been in this Mundhwa area for some time now and we have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. The building is older but it is sturdy and it suits us just fine. Sometimes it gets a bit hot in the afternoons but the ceiling fan does its job. We do not have a big team or anything just a few people who know their way around an investment sheet. It is a lot of sitting and thinking and sometimes arguing about which way the market is going. We keep a pot of tea going most mornings because the work requires a lot of focus. Most of our clients are locals who just want to make sure their savings are doing something useful for the future. We stay busy and keep the records straight for everyone.
