You can find Osnar Paints & Contracts Pvt. Ltd. over in Sewree at the T. K. Industrial Estate. We are on Acharya Donde Marg, which is always busy with commercial vehicles and people heading to work. Being in an industrial estate means it’s not the quietest place to spend your day. There is always the sound of machinery or someone loading a truck nearby. Our space is functional. We have plenty of room for the paint stock and the paperwork that comes with running the contract side of things. The building is one of those classic industrial structures you see all over this part of Mumbai. It has high ceilings and a lot of history in the walls. We don't go in for fancy decorations or expensive furniture. It’s a place of work, plain and simple. Most of the people who come by are workers or people we’ve known for years. We deal with a lot of different projects, so things stay pretty interesting. Some days I’m stuck behind the desk all day, and other days I’m out on the floor checking on things. The humidity in Sewree can be a bit much in the summer, but we have some fans going to keep the air moving. It’s a solid place to be based, right in the heart of the action. We just keep our heads down and get the work done as best as we can every single day.
