Oscar Estate Consultant is based over in Andheri West. We are in D-1 of the Eagle CHS building. If you are coming this way, the best landmark to look for is the Telephone Exchange, as we are right near it. Being in a housing society makes it feel a bit more like home than a cold office building. We deal with a lot of the local real estate stuff that happens in this part of Mumbai. It’s a busy neighborhood, and there is always someone looking to move in or move out. Our office has been in Eagle CHS for a good while now. We keep things pretty simple. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, so the desks are usually covered in folders and blueprints. We spend half the day on the phone and the other half walking to different buildings to check on available flats. Andheri West is a huge area, but we mostly stick to the blocks near the exchange. It is a lot of back and forth with owners and tenants. We aren't fancy consultants with suits; we are just local guys who know which buildings have good water supply and which ones are looking for new residents. People usually find us by word of mouth or by just seeing our sign near the gate of D-1. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the papers are signed correctly. That is how the day usually goes for us.
