Only Paratha

You'll find us inside Infiniti Mall on the second floor. It’s the one in Andheri, specifically on the 3rd Cross near 10th Main. Being in a mall means it’s always busy, especially on weekends. Most of our time is spent rolling dough and getting the stuffings ready. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us busy. The mall crowd is always moving, so being quick is important. We aren’t a big sit-down place with tablecloths. It’s more of a spot where you come when you’re hungry after shopping. We get people from all over Mumbai because this mall is quite popular. The second floor gets a lot of foot traffic. Our small team works in the back. Sometimes it gets a bit hot near the tawa, but that’s part of the job. We don’t really do anything else besides these parathas. It’s what we know. We’ve seen the mall change over the years, but we’re still here in our corner. It’s noisy and bright, just like any mall food area. We just focus on what’s on the plate. People seem to find us okay. If you’re wandering around the 2nd floor, you’ll probably see our sign near the other food stalls. We keep things pretty straightforward. There is no need for anything complicated when you’re just making food for hungry shoppers. Our tawa stays hot for the next order all day. It’s how we’ve always done it here in Andheri.
