Our office is located at A 44/7 in the AAI Colony, which is in the Sahar area of Andheri East. We are near the City Centre and the K G Circle, right opposite the Post and Telegram Colony. It’s a very specific part of town, close to the airport, so there is always a lot of movement. Om Shanti Estate Property Consultant has been based here for a good number of years. The office itself is quite simple, just a place with some desks and chairs where we handle the day-to-day work of finding and listing properties. It’s a busy neighborhood, and we spend a lot of our time dealing with people who work nearby or are moving into the colony. We don’t have a corporate vibe at all; it’s more like a local hangout where business happens to get done. You’ll often find us drinking tea and looking over some paperwork or talking to neighbors who stop by. We know the Sahar and Andheri East area inside and out because we’re here every single day. The office is easy to find if you know where the post office colony is. We aren't interested in being a giant firm. We just like doing our work in this part of Mumbai and helping people find a place to stay without making things too difficult for them. It’s a practical, everyday kind of job for us and we keep it basic.
