You can find Om Sai Raj Property at Shop No 3 in the Harsh Kaushal Building. We are located in Dahisar, directly opposite Raj Umang. It’s a small shop where we talk to people about buying or renting places. Dahisar is a growing area, so we stay pretty busy with folks looking for a new home. The office is simple, with a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. We don't have big flashy signs or anything. Mostly, people just walk in because they saw our shop while passing by. We spend a lot of time out and about, looking at different properties and meeting with owners. When we are in the shop, we are usually on the phone or going over listings. It’s a straightforward business. We know the local streets and the buildings around here really well. We’ve been in the Harsh Kaushal Building for a while now. We don't try to push people into things they don't want. It’s more about listening to what someone needs and seeing if we have anything that fits. The neighborhood is friendly, and we like being part of it. It’s a practical job that keeps us on our feet.
