Om Real Estate Consultant is based over in Andheri West. We are up on the first floor of Vithal Complex, which is right near the Shiv Sena office. If you know the J J Hospital area, we are at number 4. It’s a tight space sometimes, but it works for what we do. Working in Andheri means things are always moving fast. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting at the desk going through lists of what’s available nearby. It's a lot of back and forth with owners and folks looking for a place. Being on the first floor means we get a lot of people walking up to ask about rentals or sales. It’s not a quiet job, that’s for sure. The area around the Shiv Sena office is always busy, so there’s always something going on outside our window. We’ve been at this address for a while and have seen the complex get busier over time. We just try to keep track of the local buildings and who is moving where. It’s straightforward work, really. No big corporate meetings here, just us trying to help people find a spot that fits their budget. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy, but we get through it. People come to us because we are right here in the mix of things. We know the local shops and the shortcuts around Andheri West. It's just a regular local business without any fancy frills or big promises. We just open the shutters in the morning and get to work.
