Om Property Estate Consultant is based in Shop No 7 at Shiv Sagar Apartment, Building No 1. We are in the Thakur Complex area of Kandivali East. The shop is located near the Surbhi Hotel, which is a good landmark for people who aren't familiar with the maze of buildings here. Kandivali East has become a huge residential hub. We’ve been here in Thakur Complex since before it was this crowded. Our shop is small, but it’s right in the middle of where everything happens. We spend our day showing flats in Shiv Sagar and other nearby buildings. It’s a lot of walking and climbing stairs because not every building has a lift that works all the time. Being an estate consultant here means knowing the history of the buildings and the local rules. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy office. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of registers with property details. We help people with buying, selling, and the usual rental stuff. The area around Surbhi Hotel is always lively, so there are always new people coming in to ask about prices. We just give them a clear idea of what to expect. It’s a busy life, especially during the weekends when everyone wants to see houses. We just keep things moving and help out with the local paperwork as best as we can.
