Om Property Dealers is located at 2 Mahakali Road, specifically on the Mahakali Caves Road in Andheri East. We are situated right opposite the Takshila Apartments and very close to the ICICI ATM. If you know this part of Mumbai, you know how busy it gets. There is always a lot of noise and people moving around. Our office is in a prime spot for anyone living in the apartments nearby. We have been working in Andheri East for a long time. It’s a tough market because everything moves so fast here. We spend most of our time talking to people who want to rent flats in buildings like Takshila or looking for commercial spaces nearby. The Mahakali area is full of old and new buildings. We don't have a polished corporate office. It’s just a practical space where we can sit down and go through the paperwork. Dealing with Mumbai property means a lot of checking documents and talking to various authorities. We are just a small team of local dealers. We know the shortcut lanes and the building secretaries around here. People stop by after using the ATM or while walking home. We don't do anything fancy, just standard property dealing. Sometimes the monsoon makes it hard to get around, but we are usually here. We just try to get the job done for the people who come to us.
