Om Estate Consultancy

Om Estate Consultancy is based out of Masjid Bunder West, specifically in Building Number 38. We are on Kazi Sayed Street which is a very active place with lots of people moving back and forth all day. Being in Ramdev Nagar means we are right in the middle of everything. One of the easiest ways to tell someone where we are is to mention the railway station because it is practically right there. You can walk from the station to our door in just a couple of minutes. The building itself is an older one, number 38, and it has that look of a place that has seen a lot of history. Inside, the office is just a plain room where we sit. We don't use any flashy signs or big bright lights to get attention. Most of our day is spent here with people who drop by. Masjid Bunder is always noisy and the street outside is narrow, so there is always something happening. It can get a bit dusty and loud with the trains nearby but we are used to it by now. It is a very grounded place to work from. There is no corporate lobby or anything like that. Just a simple entrance and a place to sit down. We have some chairs and a desk where we do our business. It’s been our spot for a long time and we do not plan on moving.
