Our office is right in the heart of the Fort area, up on the 6th floor of Rampart House. It’s an old part of Mumbai, specifically Kala Ghoda, which has a lot of history and busy streets. The address is 6B on K. Dubash Marg. It’s a nice enough place to work, even if the building has that older feel to it. We deal with real estate stuff from here every day. The view from the window isn't much, but being in this part of town is interesting because there's always something going on outside. Finding parking around Plot 22/26 can be a real headache, so most of us just use the train or local transport. Inside, the office is just a regular setup with desks and files. We aren’t really into the corporate vibe. We just show up, do the work, and go home. There are a lot of offices in this building, and we are just one of them. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who drop in. It’s a straightforward business. We handle the paperwork and the talking that comes with property deals. Since we're in South Mumbai, things can feel a bit rushed, but we try to keep it simple. It's just a few of us here making sure things get handled properly. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just a small team in an old building doing our job.
