O Pizza

We opened up here in Andheri East 8 because the spot just felt right. It’s a small shop, nothing fancy. Every morning starts with the dough. It’s sticky and gets everywhere if you aren't careful, but that is just part of the job. We spend a lot of time by the oven. It gets really hot in the afternoons, especially when the sun hits the front window. People come in from the nearby offices or just walking by. Some just want a quick slice, others sit for a bit if there is room. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure the cheese melts right and the crust doesn't burn. Sometimes the delivery guys are waiting and it gets a bit crowded. We just try to keep up. The toppings are whatever we got fresh that day from the market. We don't spend money on big signs or anything. It's just O Pizza. If you walk past Andheri East 8, you'll see us. It’s been a few years now. The floor is a bit worn out from all the walking back and forth. We have a radio playing in the back usually. It helps when there’s a long line. It isn't a complicated life, just making food and cleaning up at night. We close when the dough runs out or it gets too late. That is how it goes here every single day.
