If you know the area near Heera Panna Mall in Hajiali, then you’ve probably walked past us without thinking twice. We are situated on the ground floor of Biwarabai Chawl on Plot 5C. It’s a busy corner of Tardeo, and the Mumbai humidity really sits heavy here most of the year. Being right across from a big mall means there is always noise and people rushing somewhere. Our cafe isn't the kind of place with air conditioning that freezes you out or white tablecloths. It’s more of a functional spot where things are moving all the time. The staff here has been around for a while, and we all know the rhythm of the street. Sometimes the water pressure acts up or the electricity has its moments, but that’s just life in an old building. We spend our mornings setting up the tables and getting the kitchen ready for the lunch rush. It's nothing glamorous. We just serve what people want and try to keep the place tidy enough. Dealing with the traffic on the road outside is a daily struggle, especially when the delivery trucks try to park. We’re just a small operation in a big city, trying to make sure the tea is hot and the food is ready when someone sits down. We don't have a big marketing plan; we just open the doors every day.
