We’re located in Bandra West, specifically in Kamla Park, Block 233. Flat Number 3 in Pragat is where we handle all our business. Bandra is always a hectic place, so our little flat offers a bit of quiet from the street noise. Noor Mohammad Shaikh is the name we’ve used for years. We’ve been part of this community for a long time now. The office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a room with desks, cupboards full of files, and a small balcony with some plants. A big team of experts isn't what we have. It’s just us, and we know how the local systems work. Corporate attitudes aren't our style. We talk to people plainly and try to help with whatever they need. When the Mumbai rain gets heavy, work slows down and we end up drinking chai while waiting for it to pass. Regulars often drop by just to chat for a few minutes. The atmosphere is very informal. We don't have any fancy corporate goals or catchphrases. We just show up and do whatever work is on the desk. The furniture is old and the paint is peeling in the corners, but it’s a comfortable place. We’ve watched the neighborhood change, but we’re still right here. Sometimes the traffic outside gets so loud we have to close the windows, but most of the time we just leave them open.
