Noha Real Estate

Our office for Noha Real Estate is over in Andheri East, specifically at A/1 in the Crescent Apartment building. It’s near the old Chandu Studio and not far from Ashok Nagar and Santa Cruz East. It’s a bit of a tricky spot to find if you aren't from around here, but we like the neighborhood. We spend most of our time dealing with apartments and small commercial spaces in this section of the city. It's a busy part of town with a lot of people moving in and out. We are just a small group of people working together. Our office is tucked away, so it stays relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. Usually, there’s some paperwork stacked on the desks and a map of the area pinned to the wall. We know the shortcuts through the back lanes and which buildings have the best water supply. Those are the kinds of things that matter to people living here. We don't do big advertisements. Most of the people who come to us heard about us from a neighbor or a friend. We just try to get the facts right and help people settle into a new place without too much stress. It’s honest work and it keeps us connected to the community here between Andheri and Santa Cruz. We are just regular folks trying to help out where we can.
