Nitins Real Estate is based right here in Mumbai. We don't have a complicated story. We just know the city and we know the buildings. Mumbai is a massive place, and trying to find a flat or an office can feel like a full-time job for anyone not in the business. We spend our days driving around different neighborhoods, checking out new constructions, and talking to owners. Some days are spent stuck in the rain or sweating in the heat, but that’s part of being an agent here. We don't have a huge office with a dozen receptionists. It’s a more personal operation. When you call, you usually talk to one of us directly. We’ve seen how much Mumbai has changed, with old chawls turning into high-rises and new suburbs popping up out of nowhere. It makes the job interesting, though it’s also a lot to keep track of. We handle the paperwork, the negotiations, and the endless phone calls that come with any property deal. There’s no secret formula to what we do. We just use our eyes and our ears and try to match the right person with the right space. It’s a lot of legwork, but we’re used to it by now. We just keep things moving, one apartment at a time. Whether it is a small room or a big office, we treat the work with the same level of attention every single day.
