We operate Nirvan Real Estate Consultancy out of a flat in Parinay CHS, specifically Flat No 301 on the 5C wing. We are located in Kandivali East, right back behind the Sai Dham Temple on the 68th Cross in the 5th Block. It’s a quiet enough spot once you get away from the main road. Being based in a residential society means we are right where the action is for most of our work. We deal with a lot of the housing societies in this part of Kandivali. It’s a lot of talk about maintenance, rent prices, and who is selling. We aren't a big firm with a glass office. It's just a regular room where we keep our files and meet with people. Most of our day is spent visiting other flats or meeting with building secretaries to see what’s coming up for sale. The temple is a good landmark for people who haven't been to this block before. We’ve lived and worked in this area for a long time, so we know which buildings are well-maintained and which ones have issues with the water or the lifts. It’s just practical knowledge we’ve picked up over the years. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or pushy talk. We just tell people what we know and let them decide. If someone is looking for a place near the temple or further into the 5th Block, we usually have a few ideas of where they should look.
