Nirmala Traders

You can find Nirmala Traders over in Santacruz East, specifically in Room No-3 of the Jai Bharat Society. We are tucked away in Hawaii Pada, which is very close to the Madina Masjid. It’s a small space, so things are pretty cramped with all the goods we trade. We deal with a variety of items and our inventory changes quite a bit depending on what is available and what people are buying. Being in a residential society means we have to be mindful of the neighbors, but everyone around here is used to the hustle of small businesses. The area is always alive with people walking to the masjid or kids playing in the lanes. We don't have a big sign or a fancy entrance. It is just a door with our name on it. Most of the work involves talking on the phone to suppliers and then sorting through crates in the back room. It’s a lot of manual work, moving boxes around and keeping track of numbers in a notebook. Santacruz is a busy place and being in Hawaii Pada keeps us right in the middle of everything. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. It is just a straightforward trading business where we try to stay organized and get through the daily tasks. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy from morning till evening every single day.
