Our agency is located over at Suman Apartment in Kandivali West. We’re part of that little stretch where T J Automobiles is. It’s on South End Street, right on O T C Road. If you know where Tulsi Vihar Hotel is, we’re just next to that. It’s a handy location because people often stop for food and then see our sign. We’ve been working out of this spot for quite a while. We handle a lot of different things, from small flats to bigger places around Kumar Park East. It’s a busy neighborhood and things move fast. We don't use any slick sales talk. Most of the time, we’re just talking to neighbors who want to move or find a bigger spot for their family. The office is a bit small, but it gets the job done. We spend a lot of time out on the street, actually looking at the properties we talk about. You can’t really know a place just by looking at a screen. We like to see the walls and the plumbing for ourselves. Sometimes we’re late for appointments because the traffic on O T C Road is unpredictable, but we try our best. It’s a local business through and through. We know the shopkeepers and the families around here. If you need to find us, just look for the apartment building near the hotel. We’ll be there most days, ready to talk about whatever property needs you have.
