Our office is on the 11th floor of Raheja Centre, which is Plot 214 on Free Press Journal Marg in Nariman Point. Being in Nariman Point means we are surrounded by old-school Mumbai business vibes. Even though we are on the 11th floor, we don't spend much time looking at the view. We are usually too busy with the files on our desks. Room 1112 is where you will find us most days of the week. The building has that classic smell of old offices and air conditioning. We have been working in real estate for a bit, and this office is our home base. It’s a bit of a maze to find us sometimes because the corridors all look the same. We have a few chairs for visitors, but they aren't the most comfortable things in the world. We mostly focus on making sure the paperwork for our clients is handled correctly. There is always a stack of documents waiting to be signed or filed. We drink a lot of tea from the local vendor who comes around the floors. It’s a steady kind of work. We don't try to be anything we aren't; we just provide a place for people to come and talk about their property concerns in the middle of the city's financial district.
