Nilpa Consultancy

We work out of a small office at 2B- Shobana Apartment on KV Road, just off SV Road in Dahisar East. It is a residential building, so it feels a lot more personal than a big glass office tower. Nilpa Consultancy is basically a few rooms where we sit with our computers and handle various consulting tasks. Being in Dahisar East means we are away from the main rush of South Mumbai, but KV Road still gets its fair share of local foot traffic. The office is usually quiet, except for the sound of the ceiling fans and the occasional doorbell. We have a small table for tea and snacks where we usually chat about the day's work. Since we are in an apartment building, we have to be careful about not making too much noise for the neighbors. It is a simple life here; we get in, check our emails, and start working on the files. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or by looking for Shobana Apartment. It is nice being off SV Road because we are close to the station and the markets, which makes errands easy. We don't really have a corporate culture. We are just a few people trying to provide decent advice and get the paperwork right for our clients. It is a calm, steady way to work every day.
