Nikita Estate Consultant

Our office is in the Nisarg Building on North Avenue Road in Kandivali West. We are right at number 24, just across from the U T I Bank. It’s a busy street, especially during banking hours. Nikita Estate Consultant isn’t a massive company with hundreds of employees. It is just a handful of us working out of this space. We like it here because everything is within walking distance. The building is okay, nothing too modern, but it does the job. Inside, it's mostly stacks of files and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or art. We’d rather just focus on what people need when they come in. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with everyone talking at once, but we enjoy the energy. The view out the window is just the street and the bank, but there's always something happening. We’ve been here long enough to know the shopkeepers nearby. It’s a grounded way of doing business. No polished speeches or marketing tricks. We just sit down with whoever walks in and see what we can do. It’s a simple setup for a simple job. We take pride in just being a local fixture in Kandivali. We're here every day, except Sundays usually, just doing our bit. It keeps us on our feet and we wouldn't have it any other way.
