Nikamal Ltd.

Our place is Nikamal House, right on Plot No. 77/78 in the MIDC area of Andheri. It’s a solid building that’s seen plenty of use. Being in MIDC means we are surrounded by other businesses, so there is always something going on nearby. The trucks come and go all day, and the sounds of the industrial zone are just part of the background for us. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or anything like that inside. Most of the space is taken up by desks, files, and the usual things you need to run a company. We try to keep things orderly, but with so much happening, there's usually a bit of a mess somewhere. We have a small crew here at Nikamal Ltd., and everyone knows their job. We don’t spend much time on meetings; we’d rather just get the work done and go home. The stairs in the building are a bit narrow, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it doesn’t stop us from doing what we need to do. Andheri is a central spot, so it’s convenient for getting around, even if the traffic is a nightmare during peak hours. We’ve been at this plot for a while, and it feels like home to us now. It’s a straightforward setup for a straightforward business, nothing more and nothing less. We just keep our heads down and work.
