New Om Sai Estate Agency

We have been running New Om Sai Estate Agency for quite a while now from our spot in Sultan Market. If you know the area, we are right there at Shop No.12 on the New Link Road. It is pretty easy to find since we are just opposite the Asha Krishna Building in Sakinaka. Most days it is just us sitting here handling papers and talking to people who drop in. The market gets busy, but we like the pace. We mostly deal with local places around here because that is what we know best. Sometimes people come in looking for a small flat or maybe just want to ask what the rents are doing these days. We try to keep things straightforward. There is no fancy office setup or anything like that, just a desk and some chairs where we can talk. Sakinaka has changed a lot over the years, and we have seen buildings go up and businesses move in and out. Being on the New Link Road means we see everyone passing by. If you are around Sultan Market, you will probably see our sign. We do not do much advertising, mostly just people telling their friends about us. It is a small operation, but it keeps us busy from morning till evening. We know the streets around here like the back of our hand. It is a good spot to be, right in the middle of everything. We just take things one day at a time.
