New Globe Estate Agency

We operate out of Gala No 1 in the Sharafally Building, located in Byculla. The address lists us near 21st Main and 11th Cross in Sector-1 of HSR Layout, which can be a bit confusing for people since those are often different areas, but we are right next to Wilson Plastic. It’s a typical small office for an estate agency. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and maps on the wall showing the local plots and buildings. Mostly, we are out and about showing people around different properties, so the office is just a place to come back to and do the paperwork. Byculla is an old part of the city with a lot of history, and we’ve seen it change quite a bit since we started working here. We don't have a big team or a slick marketing department. It’s just us answering the phones and trying to find the right house or shop for someone who needs it. Sometimes the office is empty because we’re all out on site visits, but there’s usually a note on the door. It’s a practical business where we deal with landlords and tenants every day. We don't promise anything crazy, just that we’ll show you what’s available in the area. It’s a busy life, moving from one side of the district to the other, but we’re used to the pace of the property market here and the daily grind of the city.
