New Cafe Marol Pan Shop

We are tucked away on Marol Maroshi Road over in Ganesh Nagar 5. It is a pretty busy spot most days, especially when people are coming home from work and the traffic starts backing up near the corner. The shop isn't very big, but we try to keep it organized so everything is easy to reach. There is a small counter where most of the work happens and a few shelves behind it for the regulars who stop by every afternoon. You can hear the noise from the street all day long, the horns and the people talking, which just becomes part of the background after a while. Most of the people around here know where we are because we’ve been in this spot for a bit now. Sometimes the sun hits the front of the shop quite hard in the evening, so we have to adjust things to keep it cool inside. It’s just a normal place where we spend our hours making sure the stock is right and the place looks decent enough for whoever walks in. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that, just the basic stuff that is needed to run the shop. Usually, someone is always cleaning the glass or moving boxes around to make more room. It is a simple routine that starts early in the morning before the sun gets too high and ends late when the street finally gets a bit quieter.
