Nest Estate

Nest Estate is over at B/101 in the Golden Chariot Complex. We are in Andheri West, which everyone knows is one of the busiest parts of the city. We are quite close to Ashoka Academy School, so we hear the school bells and the kids every day. It’s a good landmark for people who are trying to find our office. The complex is always humming with activity, and we fit right into that. Our day-to-day work involves talking to people who are looking for a place to stay or a new office in Andheri. It is a fast-paced environment and things change quickly here. We try to keep up with which apartments are free and which ones just got taken. It’s a lot of running around and meeting people at different gates and lobbies. We don’t have a fancy corporate style. We just talk to folks like normal neighbors. Sometimes we grab a snack from the local stalls while we wait for a client to show up. Being near the school means there’s always a lot of traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it. We just focus on giving people the right information about the properties we have listed. It is a busy life but it is what we know. We’ve been in the Golden Chariot Complex for a while now and it feels like home.
