Neo Modern Architects

We are Neo Modern Architects and our office is located at C1 on Sakivihar Road in Borivali West. It’s a busy area and there is always something going on outside our windows. We’ve been here for a while, and the office has become a bit of a second home for us. It isn’t the biggest space, but we have enough room for our computers and a large table where we can spread out big sets of drawings. We spend a lot of time arguing over details and trying to find the best way to use the space a client has given us. Borivali is a crowded place, so making every square foot count is a big part of what we do. We aren't the type of architects who only care about how a building looks from the outside. We care much more about how it feels to live or work inside it. Sometimes we’re at our desks until late at night trying to finish a set of plans for a morning meeting. Other days we are out in the dust and heat of a construction site, making sure the builders are following the specs. It’s hard work and it isn’t always pretty. Our shelves are stacked with samples of brick, stone, and tile that we’ve collected over the years. We keep things pretty informal here and don't go in for much corporate polish. We just want to do good work that lasts.
