Nelson Estate Consultant is tucked away in Shop No 5 at Silver Point. If you know Andheri East, you know how busy it gets around the S B Ma Drive In Road. We are right opposite Greater Bank, which is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. The shop is small but it is where all the work happens. We spend our time looking at different flats and commercial spots around this part of Mumbai. It can be quite a headache with all the traffic and noise outside, but that is just how it is in Andheri. We have our desks set up and a few chairs for visitors who want to sit down and talk about where they want to live or set up a business. Most of our day is spent making calls and checking on different properties to see if they are still available. It is a lot of back and forth, honestly. We have been in Silver Point for a bit and we know the other shop owners around here. The area near the bank is always crowded, so there is never a dull moment. We don't have any big speeches to give. We just know the local buildings and who owns what. If someone needs a place, we check our files and see what fits. It is practical work and we just keep at it every day.
