You can find Neha Power Tools at 4 Chhipi Chawl, over on Bellary Road in Bhanu Nagar. We’re right opposite the P P Chambers building. It’s a small shop packed from floor to ceiling with drills, grinders, and all sorts of electric tools. When you walk in, you’ll probably see someone testing a motor or fixing a broken cord on a workbench. It’s a noisy place because we always have to check if things are running right before they go out. We’ve been in Bhanu Nagar for quite some time now. The traffic on Bellary Road can be a real pain, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home, but it brings a lot of people past our door. We don't have a big sales team, just a few of us who know how these tools work inside and out. If something breaks, we can usually tell you why just by listening to the sound it makes when it’s switched on. People come to us when their equipment fails on a job site and they need a quick replacement or a repair to get through the day. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We just show you what’s available and tell you how much it costs. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. The shop is a bit cluttered, but that’s because we try to keep a lot of spare parts on hand for repairs. We just want to keep the local builders working.
