Neeta Investments

Our office, Neeta Investments, is on the ground floor of Gulab Menshon in Borivali West. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just wander in from the street. The building is an older style structure, typical for this part of Borivali. It isn't a high-rise glass building, just a regular place where people live and work. Inside, we have some desks and cabinets filled with files. It is often a bit quiet, except for when the local train passes nearby and you can hear the rumble. We deal with a lot of paperwork every day, so there are always stacks of documents on the desks. We have a small corner where we keep a kettle for making tea during the afternoon slump. It is a very relaxed environment, not like those big banks in the city center. We know many of the neighbors and people who walk by every day. The space is a bit small, but we have made it work for a long time. There is no fancy decor or expensive art on the walls, just a few calendars and a clock that is a few minutes fast. We just come in, do the work, and talk to whoever stops by. It is a very local way of doing things. We mostly use simple calculators and ledgers for our notes. There is a nice breeze that comes through the door in the evenings.
