Our workspace is located in Flat No 2207 inside the Samarthdeep Building in Andheri West. Being way up on the twenty-second floor means we are a bit removed from the constant noise of the Mumbai streets, though you can still hear the faint honking of cars down below. The flat has been our base for a while now, and it is definitely not a corporate showroom. It looks like a place where people actually spend time working. There are folders piled up on the dining table and the spare room is full of boxes. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture, just some sturdy desks and chairs that we’ve had for years. Andheri is a busy place to be, and there is always something happening right outside the building gates. We usually start the day with a bit of cleaning and then dive straight into whatever emails or calls are waiting for us. There is no real hierarchy here; we all just pitch in and do what is needed to get the job done. Sometimes we work with the balcony door open to get a breeze, even if the air isn't the cleanest. It’s a very casual setup, and we like that we can just be ourselves while we work. We aren't interested in looking polished or professional in the traditional sense. It's just home to our daily grind.
