Neelkanth Associate

Our place is 301/A in the Devniketan Building. It’s located in Dahisar, right near the Narendra Complex. If you know the area, it’s pretty easy to find once you're on the right street. We’ve been operating out of this third-floor office for a while now. It’s a decent space, though the stairs can be a bit much if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. We handle a variety of associate work here. It’s mostly paperwork and meetings with folks. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been together for years. The office has a lived-in feel to it. There are stacks of folders and maybe a few old calendars on the walls. We don't try to impress anyone with a sleek look. We’d rather just do the work well and go home. Dahisar is a busy neighborhood, and we like being part of it. There’s always someone coming or going downstairs. We have our routines. Coffee in the morning, lunch around one, and then back to the files. We don’t use a lot of big talk or marketing speak in here. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on at the end of the month. It’s just how a small office works. We know our neighbors in the building and everyone is friendly enough. It’s a good way to make a living.
