National Properties Consultant

We are based out of Flat No 1101 in Shil Tower. It is on Yari Road in Andheri West, specifically over on F Street. If you go behind the Sai Ganesh Mandir, you will find us easily enough on the 2nd Main Road in Jayarajnagar. It is a nice enough spot, a bit away from the heaviest traffic but still right in the middle of everything. We do property consulting, which mostly means we talk to people about what they need and see what is currently on the market. We have been in this building for a bit and we know the other residents well. Working from an apartment makes things feel a bit more relaxed than being in a cold office building. We deal with a lot of rentals and some sales too. People come to us because they want to live in this specific part of Andheri. It has a different vibe than other parts of the city. We spend a lot of our time checking out new listings and making sure the details are right. Sometimes we are out all afternoon showing flats to families. Other times we just sit here and go through documents. It is steady work. We are not trying to be the biggest agency, just one that knows this particular neighborhood inside and out. It is just us here, keeping things running day to day without any fancy stuff.
