We have been set up at 78 Citi Mall for a good while now. It is right on New Link Road in Andheri West, which is a busy part of the city. Being near Fame Adlabs means there is always something going on around the office. We mostly handle flats and shops in this neighborhood. People come in looking for a place to rent or buy and we try to help them find something that fits their needs. It is not always easy because the market here changes very fast, but we keep track of what is available. Sometimes the phone rings all day long and other times it is quiet enough for us to just sit and have a long tea. We know this area well since we spend most of our time walking around these streets. If you are looking for a spot in this part of town, you can just stop by the office. It is located on the ground floor. We handle the paperwork and talk to owners so you do not have to do all that yourself. It is just a few of us working here. We keep things simple. Sometimes people are stressed about moving, which is understandable. We just try to get things sorted without a lot of fuss. Andheri is a big place but this corner is where we stay busy every day. Mostly it is about knowing who is moving out and who is looking to move in.
