Natalias Kitchen

My kitchen is located inside the Padmavati building over in the Breach Candy area. The address includes the number 20302 for those who need it for deliveries. It is not really a restaurant where you can come and sit down to have a long, formal meal. It is more of a small workspace where I get everything ready for the orders that come in. I have always just enjoyed the process of cooking, so I eventually figured I might as well start doing it for other people in the neighborhood too. The space I have is quite small, just enough room for my stove, a couple of prep counters, and a large fridge. It gets pretty cluttered when I am right in the middle of a big catering order. I do not have a large staff or a fleet of delivery vehicles. It is mostly just me working here and sometimes I have a helper come in if things get really busy during the holidays. I do all of the grocery shopping myself because I like to see the quality of the vegetables I am buying. Breach Candy is a nice enough area, but trying to find parking is a total nightmare, so I usually just end up walking to the local market for what I need. I do not have a glossy printed menu to show. I just make the dishes that I know how to make well. Sometimes the oven acts up or I run out of a certain spice that is needed.
