You can find Fine Fragrances Pvt. Ltd. up on the 11th floor of Jolly Maker Chambers No. 2, specifically at Plot No. 119. It is an old, well-known building, and being this high up gives us a bit of a break from the noise of the street down below. The office usually smells like a mix of different oils and perfumes, which can be a bit overwhelming for people who aren't used to it. We aren't a big factory; it is more of a management and lab space where we work on different scents. Our day consists of a lot of sniffing samples and writing down formulas. The elevators in this building are notoriously slow, so we try not to leave the office too often once we get here in the morning. We have a small group of people who handle the mixing and the administrative work. It is a quiet place for the most part, unless we are having a disagreement over a particular scent profile. We don't have a big showroom or anything like that. Most of our clients have worked with us for a long time and they know they can just call us up. We deal with suppliers from all over, so there is always a lot of mail and packages arriving. It is a steady, interesting job and we just focus on getting the blends right for the people who buy from us.
