Nariman H Wadia

We are located in the George Building at 322 Grant Road (E). This is a very old and well-known part of the city, and our office has been here for a long time. The building itself has a lot of character, with its old-style architecture and the busy street life right outside the windows. We handle our business, Nariman H Wadia, from this space in a very traditional way. It’s not a high-tech office with glass walls; it’s more about desks piled with ledgers and the sound of the ceiling fans whirring away. Grant Road is always packed with people and vendors, which gives the whole area a lot of energy. We’ve stayed here because it’s convenient and because we feel a connection to the history of the neighborhood. Our work is handled by a small team that prefers doing things the old-fashioned way, focusing on accuracy and personal contact. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a website that looks like it belongs to a huge company. We just do our daily tasks and help the people who come to see us. It’s a quiet existence compared to the chaos of the street outside, and we like that balance. We just try to be reliable and stay on top of our responsibilities without making a big fuss about it. It’s just how we do things, and we aren't planning to change it anytime soon.
