At Narayani Real Estate Consultant, we work out of Dhawde Chal in the Vallbh Society. We are located in Ghatkopar East, specifically in the Pantnagar area. Our office is on 90 Rd, right next to Jigma Gas. It is a local spot where people come to talk about buying or renting flats in the neighborhood. We do not have a big corporate setup. It is more of a walk-in kind of place where you can sit down and have a chat about what you are looking for. The office is small and tucked away, but we like it that way. We know the streets of Ghatkopar really well. Being next to Jigma Gas makes us easy to find for most of the residents. We spend a lot of time walking around to show people different rooms and apartments. Sometimes the weather is hot and it is tiring, but that is the job. We have maps pinned to the walls and files stacked up on the desk. There is usually some tea being shared while we discuss prices and locations. We have helped a lot of families find a place to stay around here. It is not a fancy business, just honest work helping people navigate the local housing market.
