NAMI PROPERTIES LLP

Nami Properties is based in Nandurbar, specifically at Plot No 01 in Adeshwar Nagar. We are right opposite the Mina Complex on Taloda Road. This is a very busy road with lots of trucks and buses going past all the time. The dust is a bit of a problem every day, but that is just life on a main road in this town. Our office is simple and functional. We have some wooden desks and a few old cabinets for all the paperwork. Nandurbar is a growing place and we are right in the middle of that growth. We mostly handle local land and houses for people nearby. We don't use any fancy sales talk or brochures. People around here just want to know the price and the actual details, so that is exactly what we give them. The Mina Complex across the road has some good shops, so we often go there for tea or snacks in the afternoon. Our office doesn't have any air conditioning, just a ceiling fan that works hard in the summer heat. We are just a local team of people who know the area well. We spend our days talking to farmers and residents about their property and land. It is practical work and we enjoy being part of the local community.
